Government
FTS has successfully implemented Theater Network Management Architecture (TNMA) for the U.S. Central Command Center (USCENTCOM) and U.S. Forces-Afghanistan (USFOR-A). Our consulting experience stems from several different branches of the government and the armed forces. We can provide better solutions than other companies.
No commercial network management problem offers the level of security challenges faced by a client such as USCENTCOM, which has an area of responsibility that spans more than 20 countries and two wars. Information is critical on today's battlefields, from "boots on the ground" to cyberspace. Attacks can come from anywhere in the world and today's military must be prepared to identify and address network intrusions as quickly and effectively as it must address physical attacks. FTS provides effective enterprise network management with robust and agile response times. Granularity gives managers real-time access to information deep within networks. TNMA allows tracking and monitoring activities that give security professionals instant access to information about possible intrusions or inappropriate activity.
FTS implemented TNMA for USCENTCOM in less than a year and has reduced overall costs significantly through its capabilities to work with existing "commercial off-the-shelf" equipment. TNMA is a suite of tools available to all of the military's global commands. Joint Staff has recognized TNMA as "best of breed" architecture.
In 2010, FTS designed the tactical version of TNMA - TNMA 2.0, which was procured by USFOR-A. This version is reverse compatible with TNMA and reports back to USCENTCOM, but expands upon the original TNMA capabilities.
